Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for building and managing strategic relationships and maintaining the overall satisfaction of 25-35 MEDHOST Customers, including but not limited to, handling open issues in conjunction with Customer Support Specialists, additional training and reporting and KLAS survey completions.
  • Manages all clinical processes during the implementation process in conjunction with the MEDHOST project manager
  • Conducts site surveys at the Customer site in conjunction with the MEDHOST project manager
  • Maintain monthly Customer interactions with hospital management and C-level executives, includes but is not limited to, going over high level reports, hospital process improvements and ensuring the Customer is fully utilizing the MEDHOST product and contracted services
  • Develop and build IDN relationships with senior level management with current Customers
  • Leads and participates in Customer performance projects
  • Conduct round table discussions on updates with Customers and the MEDHOST team
  • Participates in clinical demonstrations of product for current Customers and the sales team
  • Participates in site visits with potential Customers
  • Monitor trends and identify accounts at risk of attrition and develop an appropriate plan of action
  • Facilitates upgrades, add-ons and contract renewals with current Customers, MEDHOST management and sales
  • Assists Customers work through any high level issues and disputes with service related items
  • Collaborates with Customers to collect benchmark data for excellence
  • Clinical support at go-lives
  • Assists in team training for client during pre-implementation and as needed
  • Coordinates Implementation Process in conjunction with technical Project Lead

  • Ability to build an atmosphere of trust and openness
  • Exceptional customer service, communication, negotiation, presentation and interpersonal relationship skills required for interaction with contacts
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and the general public
  • Ability to use data and logic to persuade others and assess patient flow process issues
  • Possess strong time management and organization skills
  • High level of initiative, self-direction and accountability for actions required
  • Skill in promoting multidisciplinary collaboration; ability to act as a facilitator and change agent required
  • Ability to monitor and track the progress of an action plan
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, project coordination
  • Ability to use the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Power Point, Excel) when making presentations Works well within the team structure

Technical Requirements

  • Strong understanding of the Internet and ability to use Internet software
  • Strong understanding of the Microsoft software, including but not limited to, Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point
  • Preferably an understanding of networks LSN/WANs
  • Preferably an understand of NT server/workstation
  • Preferably previous experience with application development

Educational Requirements

  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse
  • Bachelor's Degree is required
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical experience in Emergency Deparments required
