Each Customer is assigned a Focus Manager and Team Lead to guide them through process, workflow, adoption, trend analysis and maintenance. In addition to facilitating cross-departmental communication, MEDHOST Focus Managers help ensure timely resolution of support cases. Focus managers also conduct recurring status calls and proactively monitor cases for trend analysis.
