Phil Molner

Phil serves as managing partner of Primus Capital, a private equity firm that invests in growth companies in healthcare and technology. In addition to MEDHOST, Phil is currently a Director of Forte Research Systems and SkillSurvey. His historical investments include AOD Software (acquired by MatrixCare), Encore Legal Solutions (acquired by Epiq Systems), ExactCare Pharmacy (recap to Nautic Partners), Passport Health Communications (acquired by Experian), PathGroup (recap to The Pritzker Group), SterilMed (acquired by Ethicon Endo-Surgery, a Johnson & Johnson company), Universal Tax Systems (acquired by CCH, a Wolters Kluwer business), and Vendormate (acquired by Global Healthcare Exchange).

Prior to joining Primus, Phil served in various roles at McKinsey & Company and The Boston Consulting Group. He earned a Juris Doctor from Yale Law School and a Bachelor of Arts summa cum laude in Economics and Mathematics from Yale University.

Steven G. Pattison

Steve joined PNC Erieview Capital and its predecessor entity in 2002. At PNC Erieview, Steve is responsible for deal origination, transaction execution, and portfolio maintenance. Steve’s past and present board-related responsibilities include diverse industries, spanning from healthcare (I.T. and SaaS software) to industrial technology & equipment (fluid control and hydraulic products). Prior to joining PNC Erieview, Steve worked in the investment banking division of McDonald Investments. He started his career in public accounting at Ernst & Young. Steve received a Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Miami University.

Scott MacKenzie

Scott MacKenzie has over 25 years of experience in the healthcare and information technology arenas. Scott was appointed CEO and as a member of M*Modal’s board of directors October 2014. Before Joining M*Modal, Scott held various leadership roles in the healthcare industry at Passport Health Communications, Experian Health, McKesson Corporation, and Cerner Corporation. He has also served as an executive at AT&T, General Electric, and EDS. Scott received a Master of Business Administration from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Science from Utah State University.

Aaron Davis

Aaron is a principal at Primus Capital. He joined the firm in 2003 and focuses on investment activities in both healthcare information technology and human capital management. Aaron is currently a director of MEDHOST, Forte Research Systems, Netchex Online, and SkillSurvey and his historical investments include Vendormate (acquired by Global Healthcare Exchange).

Prior to joining Primus, Aaron spent three years at Spectrum Equity, where he was actively involved in sourcing and investing in healthcare technology, information services, software, media, and communications companies. Prior to Spectrum Equity, he worked for Brentwood Capital Advisors, where he completed transactions in the healthcare and technology industries. Aaron earned a Bachelor of Arts cum laude in Economics from Vanderbilt University.
