The Sweepstakes is only open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years or older as of the date of entry and is void where prohibited by law. Employees of MEDHOST Services, Inc. (the “Sponsor”), and its respective affiliates and subsidiaries, as well as each of their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household, are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. The conference exhibitors, vendors, and media contacts, as well as each of their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household, are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. By participating, You agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein, and You acknowledge that Sponsor may use the information provided by you in accordance with its Privacy Policy, found at www.medhost.com. The receipt by any winner of a prize offered in this Sweepstakes is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal and state laws and regulations. The entry must fulfill all Sweepstakes requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are not complete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Sponsor. Only one entry per person is allowed. Entries will be accepted starting on or about April 19, 2022, and ending at 11:59 PM CST on April 21, 2022. One (1) winner will be selected to receive an Apple Watch Series 7 GPS, with an approximate retail value of $399.00. The winner of the Sweepstakes will be selected in a random drawing under the supervision of Sponsor. The odds of winning the prize depend on the number of eligible entries received. The specifics of all prizes shall be solely determined by Sponsor. No cash or other prize substitution is permitted except at Sponsor’s discretion. All prizes are nontransferable. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes shall be the sole responsibility of the winner. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use winner's name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. The winner will be notified via email to the email address provided as part of the Sweepstakes entry within ten (10) days following selection. The sponsor shall have no liability for a winner's failure to receive notices due to the winner’s spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for the winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If a selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, and/or fails to claim the prize within 15 days from the time award notification was sent, the prize, including the grand prize, may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
