MEDHOST Consulting Group further strengthens the company’s consulting expertise through strategic talent acquisition
FRANKLIN, Tenn. – Dec. 22, 2014 – The MEDHOST Consulting Group announces that Stephanie Randa recently joined the practice in the position of Director of Professional Consulting Services. Randa, who has extensive experience in the healthcare industry, leads consulting engagements for perioperative operational efficiencies and improvements. She is also responsible for providing consulting services to enhance quality and safety in clinical settings and for revenue enhancement and cost effectiveness engagements.

Prior to joining MEDHOST, Randa served as corporate director of clinical support for Community Health Systems (CHS). She has also held administrative leadership roles with Vanderbilt Medical Center and St. Thomas Health Systems.

Randa earned her nursing degree from West Virginia University. She also received both a master of business administration and a master of healthcare administration from the University of St. Francis. Certified as a Lean Six-Sigma Black Belt, Randa is a member of the Association of Operating Room Nurses, the American Nurses Association and the Tennessee Nurses Association.
