FRANKLIN, Tenn. – March 2, 2018 – MEDHOST, Inc., a fully integrated EHR provider of market-leading enterprise, departmental, and healthcare engagement solutions to over 1,000 hospitals, is proud to share its multiple new business, contract renewal, and customer support successes in 2017. Last year brought phenomenal success for MEDHOST as it initiated new business contracts with over thirteen multi-facility and community hospitals. These dedicated healthcare providers include Allegiance Health Management, US HealthVest, Curae Health, AMD Global, Everest Rehabilitation, Ringgold County Hospital, Springhill Medical Center and many more.
The new customers reflect the diverse footprint of MEDHOST’s current client base of behavioral, rehabilitation, community health. Also, long-term acute care (LTAC), and short-term acute care healthcare locations throughout U.S. Additionally, over 30 existing customers renewed their contracts with MEDHOST, the majority upgrading to the hosted release while three former customers signed new agreements with MEDHOST due to their previous positive experience with the company after they had contracted with another vendor.
These customers chose MEDHOST based on an excellent track record with over 30 years of providing quality solutions. Moreover, support in the corporate and community hospital space. In addition to the solutions’ proven user experience, these facilities selected MEDHOST based on its excellent customer service record, successful implementations, and strong return on investment. In 2017, MEDHOST continued to deliver on its operational excellence with an 82% support call first-day resolve rate. Also, a resounding 96% customer satisfaction rate with their support services.
