MEDHOST’s Largest Product Release in History Also Sets Quality Success Records
Commitment to continual improvement results in highest customer satisfaction scores and lowest support volume amidst biggest version release in its history

MEDHOST’s 2017 product update was 75% larger than previous version releases, making it the company’s largest and most complex version release to date. This was a major accomplishment not only due to the scale of the release, but because of the multiple factors used to determine product quality that reinforced MEDHOST’s continued commitment to quality.

The 2017 product release was 75% larger than any previous release in company history. This release focused primarily on achieving Meaningful Use Stage 3 certification across our fully integrated EHR solutions. MEDHOST was also one of the first EHR providers to achieve Meaningful Use Stage 3 certification.1
Performance of a release is measured by a variety of factors. Among those favorable results is a 36% year-over-year (YOY) reduction in support cases that required development intervention, a 40% YOY reduction of Severity 1 cases opened, and a 46% YOY reduction in Severity 1 cases that required development intervention. MEDHOST also saw customer satisfaction scores increase from 94% to 96%.
