Remotely hosted, ICD-10 ready enterprise EHR from MEDHOST will unite system’s campuses with free-flowing data
FRANKLIN, Tenn. – Sept. 24, 2014 – MEDHOST, Inc. has joined North Philadelphia Health System as a key partner in its long-term financial plan to transition from paper-based processes to a hosted inpatient electronic health record (EHR).
MEDHOST’s inpatient EHR, which is Meaningful Use Stage 2 certified by ONC-ACB, includes ICD-10 readiness and a robust suite of integrated clinical and financial solutions that will support North Philadelphia Health System’s financial and operational goals. The health system has two facilities – St. Joseph’s Hospital, a 197-bed acute care hospital, and Girard Medical Center, a 125-bed behavioral center that also provides outpatient drug and alcohol services.
