New Business Growth

In 2018, MEDHOST continued to expand its diverse customer-base, working with hospitals of all types and sizes throughout U.S. Its nationwide footprint has grown to include a number of new multi-facility contracts and corporate customers. A selection of corporate customers also added 35 plus facilities to the MEDHOST portfolio.

Strong Customer Retention

In addition to new business, strong retention continued with existing customers renewing contracts and many upgrading to MEDHOST’s hosting solution. Additionally, multiple former customers who had transitioned to another vendor returned to MEDHOST citing excellent customer service, successful implementations, and strong financial and clinical solutions as reasons.

Operational Successes

In 2018, MEDHOST also continued to deliver on its operational excellence with an 86% first-day resolve rate for support calls and a resounding 95% customer satisfaction rate for support services.

  • Support services introduced new Service Center to alleviate pressure on hospital support staff.
  • Over 400 technical projects completed by the Implementation Team resulting in high satisfaction scores.
