The major health IT vendor launches into 2019 with record-setting success in 2018.

It is proud to announce that trend continued throughout 2018 with strong new business and contract renewals as well as implementation and customer support successes.
In 2018, MEDHOST continued to expand its diverse customer-base, working with hospitals of all types and sizes throughout U.S. Its nationwide footprint has grown to include a number of new multi-facility contracts and corporate customers. A selection of corporate customers also added 35 plus facilities to the MEDHOST portfolio.
Among the reasons noted for the move to MEDHOST was the EHR provider’s established expertise working with multi-facility hospital corporations. As multi-facility entities focus on streamlining corporate standards and consolidating disparate systems, MEDHOST’s 35 years of experience in this area was invaluable.
In addition to new business, strong retention continued with existing customers renewing contracts and many upgrading to MEDHOST’s hosting solution. Additionally, multiple former customers who had transitioned to another vendor returned to MEDHOST citing excellent customer service, successful implementations, and strong financial and clinical solutions as reasons.
In 2018, MEDHOST also continued to deliver on its operational excellence with an 86% first-day resolve rate for support calls and a resounding 95% customer satisfaction rate for support services.
